1.PROCESSING TIME

Most of orders will be processed same business day in order they are received after which it will be shipped to the recipient.  Orders received on the weekend will be processed the next Monday.

 

2.FREE SHIPPING

Free shipping is available to customers in United States and Canada (excluding Alaska & Hawaii) that place an order above 3000$ before taxes. Please note that some out of size items may have additional shipping charge.

Dealers and freight items not eligible for free shipping.

 

3.PRODUCT STOCK STATUS

When browsing for parts on ebikezilla.com, you will see the following availability statuses on parts. Here’s what they mean.

– In stock : The item is in stock and is ready to be shipped.

– Available in ”X”business days: We don’t have the item in stock, but we can have it within ”X” days. Once we receive your part from our suppliers, it will be shipped directly to you along with the rest of your order.

– Special Order: The item will be specially ordered for you, please contact us for a time estimate to get the part.

– Out of Stock: The item is not available and restock date is unknown.

– Pre-Order : The item will be specially ordered for you, please contact us for a time estimate to get the part.

 

Note: If you place an order with items that have different stock statuses, for example one item is In stock and the other is available in 4-10 business days. All the items in your order will be shipped at once on the day that all the missing parts are received. If you wish to have a split shipment, a fee will be charged for the second shipment. Please contact us if you need to have a split shipment.

 

4.TRACKING NUMBER

Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be generated and emailed to you. You will then be able to track your packages all the way from our warehouse to your door !
